How can I retrieve the payment history from a customer to show how a payment was applied?
- Go to “Customer Center”
- Highlight Customer name
- Highlight the payment desired
- Double click the payment
- At the top of the box, click on “reports”
- Then click “Transaction History”
- Then click print – you can preview it first, if desired
