If you are trying to print tags from Point of Sale, and got an error message, there are a couple of things you need to check. First, you must have items in stock to be able to print. If an item has a 0 quantity, no tags will print for that item. Second, you need to make sure the Print Tags feature is turned on for this item. If you try to print tags, and you get an error message, first make sure you don’t have a 0 quantity, then make sure the Print Tags feature is turned on for this item. Today we’re going to walk you through how to make sure it is turned on.
- From the Item List, select the item you want to print tags for.
- In the upper right hand corner, click [EDIT].
- Locate and click the [PRINT TAGS] check box.
- Click [SAVE].
